Job Summary
FT9ja is looking for an experienced customer relationship manager with industry experience (Forex or Cryptocurrency) to be responsible for engaging with customers by building and preserving trusting relationships. The customer relationship manager will constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new clients. You should also be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have a good knowledge of the industry.
Minimum Qualification: Degree
Experience Length: 2 years
Industry Experience: Forex or Cryptocurrency
Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain profitable relationships with customers
• Receive phone calls and interact with customers visiting the office and online presence: social media, Emails, and Websites
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently
• Expand the customer base by upselling and cross-selling
• Understand customer needs and initiate actions to address these
• Know the industry, the competition, and strategize to stay ahead
• Educate customers and keeping them updated on the latest products to increase sales
• Help promote and maintain a positive company image
• Design, plan, and execute events working with the CEO, Marketing Managers, and external parties
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Second Class Upper 1st Degree in any relevant field
• Minimum of 1-year post-NYSC Experience
• Industry (forex or cryptocurrency) knowledge
• Good with math and numbers
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
• Experience tracking relevant KPIs (i.e. customer satisfaction)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
• A team player with leadership skills
• Tech and social media savvy
