Job Title: Accountant
Location: Ajah, Lagos

We are seeking for a detail-oriented Accountant to assist in the Finance Department. The candidate is to keep financial records updated, checking for inaccuracies in invoices, and handling queries on general accounts.

Responsibilities:
o Reconciling facility app portal records with bank statement
o Keeping track of all payments.
o Preparing residents performance reports in terms of expenses incurred and revenue generated.
o Setting up of new resident on the company’s app & attending to payment related issues from the residents
o Review accounts payable vouchers for maintenance and repair costs.
o Monitoring spending and budgets
o Contributing to the development and review of annual operating budgets and performance projections.
o Maintaining financial records
o Checking invoices and confirming payments
o Resolving accounts to the general ledger
o Handling queries related to accounts
o Maintaining digital and physical records of invoices and contracts

Requirements:
o BSc/HND in Accounting or any related field
o At least 3 years’ working experience as an Account Officer
o Proficiency in MS Excel and SAGE
o Solid analytical skills
o Detail-oriented
o Good verbal and written communication skills
o Time management abilities
o Able to work well within a team
o Strong interpersonal skills
